GRANTS PASS, Ore. (Dec. 30, 2025) — Authorities in Josephine County are asking for the public’s help in locating a 42-year-old woman who has been reported missing.
The Josephine County Sheriff’s Office said Sarah Shaffer was last seen around Thanksgiving in the Selma area. Deputies did not provide details about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance but said the case remains an active investigation.
Shaffer is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 159 pounds. She has blue eyes and typically has blonde or brown hair, though investigators noted she has been known to change her hair color.
Anyone with information about Shaffer’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office at 541-474-5123 and reference case number 25-31011.
