Medford, Oregon- Chick-fil-A announced plans to expand its footprint in Oregon with six new restaurants slated to open by early 2027, bringing more than 600 new jobs to the state.
Following the summer opening of Chick-fil-A Lake Oswego, two new locally owned restaurants will open Thursday, Oct. 9, in Sherwood and Corvallis.
The Sherwood location, Chick-fil-A Sherwood Plaza, will operate as a drive-thru-only restaurant at 16280 SW Langer Drive. It will be led by local Owner-Operator Jeffrey Weston and open Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
In Corvallis, Chick-fil-A Pacific Hwy & Circle, located at 350 NE Circle Blvd., will be owned and operated by Adam Blake and will maintain the same hours.
By early 2027, additional locations are expected to open in Cornelius, Portland, Tigard, and Wood Village, bringing Chick-fil-A’s total Oregon restaurant count to 20. The company currently operates 14 restaurants statewide, including two in Medford, which continue to see strong community support and high customer demand.

Awarded $681,500 in Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures™ Scholarships to Oregon Team Members since 2017. Donated $255,000 in True Inspiration Awards® grants to Oregon nonprofits. Given more than $250,000 to Feeding America partners across the state since 2020. Redirected 353,000 surplus meals from restaurants to local food banks and shelters since 2020.
To commemorate the Sherwood and Corvallis openings, Chick-fil-A, Inc. is donating $50,000 to Feeding America to support hunger relief efforts in the greater Portland and Corvallis areas. Both new restaurants will also take part in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, which redirects surplus food to local nonprofits.
Guests celebrating the openings can receive a free entrée by dressing in cow print on opening day.
Chick-fil-A emphasized that each restaurant is locally owned and operated, with Owner-Operators living in the communities they serve.
