Selma, Oregon- Oregon State Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash that left a Selma man dead late last month.
At about 8:46 p.m. on Sept. 30, troopers responded to a report of a person lying in the roadway in the 100 block of Hogue Drive in Selma, according to OSP. When officers arrived, they determined that the individual had been struck by a vehicle that had left the scene.
