Medford, Oregon- A new multi-family housing project proposed for the Medford Heights neighborhood would add over 8,500 square feet of residential space across three separate buildings.
Submitted by Medford Heights 2 LLC, with design by KSW Architects and construction planned by KOGAP, the project would rise at 130 Florence Avenue on a parcel zoned MFR-30—a designation that allows up to 30 dwelling units per gross acre.
The proposed buildings would each be four floors tall, including a basement level, and together total 8,532 square feet of living space. All units are expected to be offered at market-rate prices, contributing to the much needed supply of private-sector housing in a growing part of south Medford.
Located within an established residential zone, the development is expected to mirror the surrounding scale and density permitted by the city’s comprehensive plan.
The project is still in the early stages, with a pre-application conference scheduled to review preliminary plans on July 23, 2025 and determine conditions that would apply if the developers move forward with a formal application.
Medford Alert will continue to monitor this development and provide updates as they become available.
