Car Crashes Into SE Medford Medical Office, Seriously Injuring Employee

Medford, Oregon– A vehicle crashed into a medical office building in southeast Medford Friday, leaving one employee seriously injured and prompting a response from the Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction (STAR) team.

Authorities said the vehicle was traveling west on West Siskiyou Boulevard when it crossed into oncoming traffic, veered across Lazy Creek Drive, and struck a building containing three medical offices. The car entered a dental office and crashed through a wall, hitting an area where an employee was seated.

The employee suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The driver, who sustained minor injuries, was also taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.

Police have not released the identities of those involved. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
