

Roseburg, Orgon- Multiple power outages in the Douglas County have resulted in traffic signals failures, prompting authorities to advise caution and patience from motorists.
With signals rendered dark, drivers are reminded to treat intersections as four-way stops until power is restored.
The outage, affecting approximately 35,779 customers as of 8:00a has led to potential delays in the affected regions. The outage was first reported shortly after 5:00a this morning.
Authorities urge residents to exercise caution and adhere to traffic safety guidelines until normal operations resume.
Pacific Power has crews on scene investigating the outages. The current listed cause of the outages is “damaged lines”. Estimated time for service restoration varies depending on location. The earliest area listed, was expected to have power by 1:30p today.
