Medford, Oregon- On November 6, the Medford Planning Department will review plans for a proposed 7-Eleven convenience store and fuel station development in northeast Medford.
The project, which requires formal approval, would occupy a vacant 2.56-acre parcel situated between Crater Lake Avenue and Highway 62 at 4502 Crater Lake Avenue. The site is zoned as Heavy Commercial (C-H), supporting retail and commercial developments.
The proposed 7-Eleven store and fueling station aim to serve the growing needs of the area, which is positioned for considerable expansion. The commercial subdivision, that this project is located in, is across from the Oregon Automall on Highway 62. It’s nearing completion, with multiple commercial pads expected to be available soon. The new subdivision will be accessible via Coker Butte Road, enhancing connectivity in this busy up and coming commercial corridor.
If the plans are approved, construction on the 7-Eleven project could begin as early as late winter 2024, marking another step in northeast Medford’s ongoing commercial development.
