Canyonville, Oregon- A crash involving a semi-truck has resulted in the closure of all southbound lanes on Interstate 5 at milepost 93, located 5 miles south of Canyonville. The incident, which occurred earlier this evening , has prompted significant delays as crews work to remove the vehicles and address a fuel spill on the roadway.
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has advised commuters to expect prolonged delays and recommends utilizing an alternate route or postponing travel plans if possible.
The cleanup efforts are ongoing, and motorists are urged to exercise caution and follow instructions from traffic officials in the area.
