Medford, Oregon– Rogue Community College Chapter (AAWCC-RCC) is organizing a fundraising event in Josephine and Jackson counties to support student scholarships offered by the RCC Foundation. The sale, featuring most items priced at $1 each, aims to provide affordable clothing options while contributing to a worthy cause.
In Josephine County, the event will take place at RCC’s Redwood Campus on April 23rd and 24th, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. respectively, in the Student Center adjacent to the Café at 3345 Redwood Highway in Grants Pass.
In Jackson County, the sale will be held at RCC’s Riverside Campus on April 24th and 25th, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. respectively, in Room 129 of the Higher Education Center (HEC) at 101 S. Bartlett Street in downtown Medford.
The event coincides with the ethos of Earth Day, offering buyers the opportunity to purchase clean and gently worn clothing and accessories for individuals of all ages, sourced from community donations.
Those interested in contributing to AAWCC and RCC’s scholarship funds can make donations at roguecc.edu/foundation by selecting “Donate Online” and specifying “AAWCC-RCC” in the designated contributions box. Every contribution aids in furthering educational opportunities for students within the community.
