Medford City Council Launches Second Series of Town Hall Events

Medford, Oregon- The Medford City Council is gearing up to engage with residents once again as they announce the commencement of the second series of Town Hall events across the city’s wards. These events serve as platforms for community members to voice concerns and engage directly with councilors on pressing issues affecting Medford.

Scheduled to take place throughout April and into May, the Town Hall events will feature discussions on a range of topics directly impacting the community. Among the issues to be addressed are updates from previous Town Hall events, with a focus on homelessness, transportation projects affecting daily commutes, current developments, and housing initiatives.

Mayor Sparacino provided the following statement to Medford Alert:

“The success of our previous Town Hall series, driven by the active participation of our community, inspired us to host another. We see these events as a great way to directly engage with residents, providing valuable insights into important topics impacting our community. We look forward to continuing this positive engagement opportunity.”

Wednesday, April 3 – Ward 1
Time: 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Location: North Medford High School Cafeteria – 1900 N. Keene Way
Wednesday, April 10 – Ward 2
Time: 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Location: Oakdale Middle School Auditorium – 815 S. Oakdale Ave.
Wednesday, April 24 – Ward 4
Time: 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Location: Hedrick Middle School Cafeteria – 1501 E Jackson St.
Wednesday, May 1 – Ward 3
Time: 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
Location: Rogue X, Court 1 – 901 Rossanley Dr.
