Central Point, Oregon– Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) deputies and Search and Rescue (SAR) teams are currently engaged in a search operation for a 75-year-old man reported missing from rural Central Point.
The individual, identified as Robert Michael Lewis, disappeared early this morning from his residence located in the 6900 block of Old Stage Road.
Lewis, who commonly goes by the name “Mike,” is believed to be experiencing confusion potentially related to medical concerns.
He is described as a white male, aged 75, standing at 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighing approximately 165 lbs.
Notably, Lewis does not possess a cell phone, and he was last spotted driving a newer model silver Nissan Rogue, displaying temporary plates.

3:17p Update: Mr. Lewis was found by California Highway Patrol on Highway 139 north of Canby, California and is no longer considered missing.
