The Grants Pass Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance in locating Debi Harper, a woman reported missing from the Highway 199 and Ringuette area in Grants Pass.

Debi Harper, who has been diagnosed with dementia, has gone missing in the past. The police are making every effort to ensure her safe return.

Debi was last seen wearing a brown jacket, a yellow long-sleeve shirt, and blue jeans. She has mobility issues and relies on a walker for support.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about Debi’s whereabouts or who may have seen her to come forward. Your assistance can make a significant difference in bringing her home safely.
