Missing Northern California Woman’s Truck Spotted in Medford

Concerns are growing over the disappearance of Bailey Faye Arlene Blunt, a 28-year-old resident of Humboldt County, California. She was last seen on September 22, 2023, and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance are raising serious questions.

According to family members, Bailey Blunt went missing after she allegedly drove to the property of her ex-boyfriend in northern California. Friends and family report her intentions were to retrieve her belongings. A social media page created to aid in her search, reported the last contact with Bailey was a distressing message sent to a friend at 4:38 PM, in which she asked for help, stating that her ex-boyfriend had become intoxicated and threatened her with a firearm.

Baileys ex-boyfriend, named Tyler Burrow, was then spotted between 6-8 PM on the same day driving Bailey’s truck, with her dog, Hank. He then headed to a friend’s trailer park home, leaving Bailey’s truck parked for approximately 36 hours.

On September 24, 2023, at 4:42 AM, a license plate reader in Redding, CA, detected Bailey’s truck. Later that morning, at 11:05 AM, the same vehicle was identified in Medford. The truck is described as a green Dodge Ram Extended Cab with a white hood. It also has a rear window and right crew cab window damaged, and it’s unregistered. The license plate on the truck reads #8T73126.

Bailey’s dog, Hank, is also missing. Hank is a male Australian cattle dog mix, notable for having one blue eye and one brown eye.

Authorities and Bailey’s loved ones are urging anyone with information to come forward. You can contact the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office at 707-445-7251. Additionally, tips can be provided anonymously to the Nor-Cal Alliance For The Missing TIPLINE at 530-378-4491.
