Since its inception in 1992, this annual event has been instrumental in fostering positive change and support for mental health worldwide.

This year’s World Mental Health Day theme, “mental health is a universal human right,” as set by the World Foundation of Mental Health, underscores the fundamental importance of mental well-being for every individual on the planet.

Michelle Gray’s presentation will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at HEC-132, located on the Riverside Campus of Rogue Community College, at 101 S. Bartlett St., Medford. In addition to the in-person session, the presentation will also be accessible via Zoom, ensuring that individuals from various locations can participate.

Gray’s expertise and dedication in the field of mental health make this presentation a valuable resource for anyone interested in suicide prevention and mental health support. The RCC/SOU Higher Education Center provides an ideal setting for this important event, emphasizing Rogue Community College’s commitment to the well-being of its students and the broader community.
