RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THURSDAY TO 8 AM PDT FRIDAY FOR ABUNDANT LIGHTNING ON DRY FUELS FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 618, 619, 620, AND 621.
Abundant lightning on dry fuels is anticipated Thursday through Thursday night.
An upper level wave will move into the region from the south on Thursday and Thursday night. Thunderstorms are anticipated to pop up across the region with the most activity along the coast. Other locations across southern Oregon and northern California still have the potential to see thunderstorms Thursday through Thursday night.
