Earlier today, at around 2:16p on N. Phoenix Rd a collision resulted in significant damage to a power pole and power line, leaving approximately 75 customers in the area without electricity. The crash caused disruptions to the local power grid, prompting the involvement of Pacific Power in the restoration efforts. According to the utility company, power is expected to be fully restored by 8 PM tonight.


The crash resulted in minor injuries fir at least one individual. Emergency services responded swiftly to the scene, with both the Medford Police and Mercy Flights providing assistance and medical support to those involved.
