A longtime vacant corner in northeast Medford may get a couple new buildings, if developers have their way.
Preliminary plans have been submitted to use the remaining empty space of the NE corner of Crater Lake Ave and Delta Waters in Medford. This lot is directly south of the Medford Coca-Cola Distribution Plant and is bordered by an industrial building to its east. The area is mostly residential further to its east, south, and north.
The pre-application the city will discuss is a proposal for a site expansion on a developed site (Coca-Cola Vending) in order to add a 12,000 sqft bottle drop facility and a 560 sqft coffee kiosk (Human Bean) on a single parcel totaling 6.82 acres.
Currently, the City of Medford will hear the complete proposal at the May 10th meeting.
