Pacific Power is currently aware of a power outage in the Grants Pass area and Josephine County. As of 8:55a there are approximately 12,709 customers without service.
Pacific Power reports they have crews on scene working on the outage. Power to affected customers is expected to be restored by 12a tomorrow. The cause of the outage is unknown at this time and is under investigation according to Pacific Power. The outage was first reported around 5a today.
11:20a Update: Approximately 5900 customers are without power in a number of scattered outages.
