Nearly 4400 Customers Without Power in Jacksonville Area

Pacific Power is currently aware of a power outage in the Jacksonville area. As of 8:20a there are approximately 4358 customers without service.

Pacific Power reports they have crews on scene working on the outage. Power to affected customers is expected to be restored by 10a today. The cause of the outage is listed as “damaged lines” from a vehicle crash according to Pacific Power. The outage was first reported around 1:30a today.

10:30a Update: Approximately 3300 in the Jacksonville area are still without power. Estimated restoration has been pushed back to after 11a, at this time.

11:20a Update: Approximately 2880 in the Jacksonville area are still without power. Estimated restoration has been pushed back to after 12p, at this time.

12:27p Update: Approximately 3100 now are without power in the Jacksonville area. Estimated time of service restoration is now 9p.

9:30p Update: The latest estimates from Pacific Power, on service restoration is midnight.

8:30a Update: Power has been restored to all but approximately 118 customers. Those without power are expected to have service by 11a today.

Final Update: All customers have power now, according to Pacific Power.
