On December 28th, Medford City Planning officials will consider a request to construct a new 7,000+ sqft medical office building on two properties totaling approximately 0.56 acres. The site is located on the south side of Market Street, approximately 335 feet east of Biddle Road.
La Clinica Del Valle Family Health already operates a larger facility to the southwest of the project site and a smaller annex building to the west. Developers say the proposed building allows for consolidation of services and providing a comprehensive medical experience without the need for additional vehicle trips to see the various providers.
The other developments in the area includes various offices, personal service, Bear Creek Shopping Center retail establishments, fitness center, and medical type businesses uses typical in a commercial zone. Most of the immediately adjacent structures are one and two stories with paved parking areas.
If approved, and depending on availability of needed building materials, construction could begin as early as Spring 2023.

UPDATE: The project has been fully approved and construction has started.
