Recap of the 2022 Pacific Islander Club’s Fall Street Scene

From 4p-7p on October 29th, the community came together to celebrate the first ever Fall Street Scene. The event was put on by the North Medford High (NMHS) School Pacific Islander Club and Student Government.

Dozens of local businesses filled up a large parking lot next to the NMHS gym building. There were also food trucks, a DJ pumping out music, a dance floor, and a number vehicles decked out for kids to trunk-or-treat around. Medford Fire also stopped by to impress the kids with a real life fire engine, all while handing out stickers and plastic fire hats.

Medford Alert was honored to be invited to set up a booth for this inaugural fall event. There were hundreds of local families that came out to enjoy the three hour event.

By the end of the night, there were smiles galore on the kids’ faces as they inspected their haul of candy and goodies from the various booths and cars. Medford Alert handed out hundreds of stickers, some shirts, and 30+ pounds of candy, while other businesses provided even more sugary goodies. Below are some pictures and video from the event.
