The Grants Pass Police Department is looking for a missing and endangered teen.
NAME: Jacob Donaldson
HEIGHT/ WEIGHT: 5’11”, 125lbs
DOB: 12-04-2008
Last seen at his residence on SW I St in Grants Pass.
Last known to be wearing gray shirt, tan shorts, black shoes.
The missing youth has been diagnosed with ADHD, PTSD and attends special needs classes. Officials say he does not have a cell phone.
Jacob may have attended the GPHS football game or other school activities recently.
