The situation is isolated to classrooms located in the old gym both upstairs and downstairs.

This discovery requires immediate action. Out of an abundance of caution, all high school classes will be cancelled on Wednesday, 9/21/22, as officials continue to assess the situation.

District and school administration are currently working on a plan to continue instruction.

Student and staff safety will continue to be the top priority as we navigate the situation, remarked Superintendent Walt Davenport.

Medford Alert will continue to monitor this incident and provide updates as they become available.
