Oregon 238 at mile-marker 4.17 at Jaynes Drive: Expect delays and congestion due to a two vehicle crash.
Eastbound lanes are blocked but traffic is getting through with flaggers.
Expect delays through the afternoon for recovery and OSP crash reconstruction team.
UPDATE: Oregon 238 (Williams Highway) MP 4.17 at Jaynes Drive: intersection is closed for OSP crash reconstruction. A detour is set using New Hope Road and Jaynes Drive. Expect delays through early evening.
