The proposed project is a four-story, apartment building on the corner of E. McAndrews and
Royal.

This Permanent Supportive Housing building will provide 69 studio apartments, 5 recuperative care units with two-beds each, and a one-bedroom apartment for an on-site building manager.

The studio apartments will be home to seniors who have experienced chronic homelessness. The recuperative units will be utilized by the hospital as a place for discharged patients who are currently experiencing homelessness.
Most of the area on the first floor of the building is allocated for resident common area, property management office area, and supportive service office area. Required bike parking is provided on site in a separate bike enclosure. A small parking area, with a loading space near the resident entry, is provided on site with additional required parking provided off-site on an adjacent lot owned by Providence Health and Services.
