A Comprehensive Plan Amendment to adopt an Urbanization Plan for planning development of the Neighborhood Element, has started in Southwest Medford.

The 25 tax lots totaling approximately 102 acres, are located east of Oak Grove Road and north of Stewart Avenue. The first part of this plan would be for the land to be annexed into the city limits. Currently the properties sit in the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) of the City of Medford.

Here is a current breakdown of what the developers are proposing for the project:
Urban Residential (UR) – 70.35 acres
Urban High-Density Residential (UH) – 21.37 acres
Commercial (CM) – 11.06 acres
If approved, the project will be built in phases over a number of years, depending on ever-changing market conditions.
Medford Alert will continue to provide updates on the project as it moves forward.
