One lane is now open on South Central Avenue between 12th Street and Bank Street to allow access to businesses in the area.
There will be a continued road closure on Central Avenue from Bank Street to E Barnett Road.
Officials say use extreme caution when in the area as there are multiple crews on site continuing the investigation and clean-up.
