The Jackson County District Attorney’s Office announced this afternoon that Cole Reeves (DOB 05/29/1996) has been arraigned based on District Attorney’s Information.
Charging him with Assault in the Third Degree, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Menacing, Reckless Driving, Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
These charges arose out of an incident that occurred on Interstate 5 on March 6, 2022.
The next court date on this case is a preliminary hearing scheduled for March 15, 2022, at 4:00 p.m.
