A pre-application has been submitted to discuss a proposed multi-family development on four vacant, contiguous parcels totaling approximately 1.89 acres. The site is fronted by Summit Avenue along its westerly boundary, and Broad Street along its easterly boundary.
The building plans call for three, closely constructed two-story buildings that outline a central garden or common area in the middle. Plans also include a playground area and community room.
Current limited designs show a mix of studio, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom options.
If approved, construction may begin this summer. We will continue to update this project as it moves through the process.
