On Sunday, January 16, 2022, Central Point Police Officers responded to a report of a television having been shoplifted in the 3000 block of Hamrick Rd.

The suspect left in a U-Haul truck which was identified by its license plate. Officers quickly located the U-Haul in the 1600 block of E. Pine St. where they contacted the suspect.
