Police Searching for Suspect After Two Southside Bank Robberies

Today at 10:06 a.m. Medford Police received a report of two bank robberies that had just occurred.

The First Interstate Bank and the Banner Bank, are both close to each other in the 2600 block of East Barnett Road.

It appears the suspect robbed the First Interstate and then Banner Bank. Suspect last seen on foot towards the Larson Creek bike path. No weapon seen.

The description varies and this post will update as more information develops. St. Mary’s High School went in to lockdown and we have officers on scene. The school is safe.

Suspect: White male, mid 40s, 5’8″ – 6’0″ medium build. Dark or camo colored hoody with white cursive writing on front and back, ball cap with red / white flag style pattern on bill, black sweatpants, black sunglasses, wearing a blue colored or American flag style mask.
