Metro Home Prices Continue to Skyrocket

As many homebuyers are aware, we live in a very desirable area and the real estate market reflects that. Simply put, demand continues to outpace the supply and new construction being built. Even in the winter months that tend to be less active.

According to Realtor.com, here are the median home prices for metro cities as of November 2021.

Jacksonville: $625k • 8.5% year-over-year increase

Ashland: $592.5k • 9.3% year-over-year increase

Talent: $475k • 18.8% year-over-year increase

Eagle Point: $439.5k • 13% year-over-year increase

East Medford: $435k • 10.1% year-over-year increase

Medford (overall): $406.3k • 17.8% year-over-year increase

White City: $329.8k • 27.3% year-over-year increase

Jackson County (combined): $449k • 15.4% year-over-year increase
