Jackson Counties Top 5 Failure to Appear Suspects

JCSO is looking for assistance in helping track down these suspects who repeatedly fail-to-appear (FTA) in court. We are posting a list of the “Top 5” FTA offenders every month with the hope the public is able to help us locate them. JCSO is working with local agencies and courts on a solution to help minimize the burden to the local criminal justice system that is created when defendants repeatedly fail to appear in court. Sheriff Sickler has allocated jail beds for the program to keep repeat FTA offenders in custody, preventing additional offenses and ensuring their cases have the opportunity to be resolved.
